  • Do you offer night drop offs?
Yes, we do. There is a key drop box outside of our main office door. Please follow the instructions provided in ensuring the vehicle is tagged appropriately with all owner information. Please park the vehicle nearest to our office door as it is a shared parking facility with other businesses.
  • What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 8:30am until 5:00pm. Special hours will be posted if there is a holiday.
  • I need to import my Canadian vehicle into the United States for personal use, what do I need to do?
Please reach out to a Registered Importer (RI). They know the steps for proper vehicle importation and will be the best to advise on how to move forward. Visit https://nhtsa.gov/importing-vehicle/registered-importers for a list of registered importers. Please have them reach out to us to arrange to have your odometer converted for NHTSA compliance. The RI you've chosen to deal with can then reach out to us and arrange the conversion to be completed. We will deal solely with the RI in order to complete the work as per DOT and NHTSA specifications.
  • Do you accept vehicles from an auto transport trailer?
Yes, we do. If you have not been to our facility before, please ask us where the best place is to park your truck. Our compound is located behind our facility. Please park all incoming vehicles inside at the front along the black fencing. After hours, please park closest to our office door as it is a shared parking lot with other businesses.
  • A needle on my cluster has stopped moving, can you fix this?"
On many makes and models of cars we are able to fix a broken needle. Please fill out our contact form with all of the details of your vehicle and a technician will speak with you as soon as we can.
  • What does OEM stand for?
An Original Equipment Manufactured part is made specifically for the original product whereas an aftermarket part is made by another company that can be used as a replacement.
  • How old of a vehicle can you work on?
For many makes and models of cars we have technology that can go back as far as 2003. Unfortunately we don't have the tools or equipment to work on vehicles older than that. Please fill out our contact form with all of the details of your vehicle and a technician will speak with you as soon as we can.
  • Can you work on my classic car's odometer? (Older than 2004)
No, we cannot. The technology used in instrument clusters 25+ years ago is different than the technology that we use in our shop. Please reach out to your local dealership or your local vehicle club to inquire about who best to use for your vehicle.
